HELLO FROM THE FOUNDER

Hi ! I'm Sharina Sultan, also known as GB at STOMP FITNESS STUDIO. I founded the studio more than 20 years ago, driven by my love for fitness and wellness through dance. At 53 years young, I'm known for my energy and passion for empowering women over 40 to embrace their age and limitations and become the best versions of themselves. As a certified Jazzercise, Zumba Fitness, Strong by Zumba, Piloxing, and SHINE dance fitness instructor, I strive to provide a safe space for women to come together and unleash their strength through dance.

OUR PROGRAM

OUR PROGRAM & CLASSES

STOMP's main program is Jazzercise Lo, it is a dance fitness program. It has great music, great moves and is a ton of fun. Jazzercise Lo classes have minimal impact with maximum results. Although low impact, the classes will get your heart rate up WITHOUT a skip, a hop or a jump. The high impact moves are replaced with muscle focus alternatives to protect your joints whilst you maximise your results.

CARDIO SCULPT

In this class, we start off with some dance cardio and finish with sculpt and strength.

POWER SCULPT

This class offers a mix of strength in between the dance cardio segment.

SCULPT

This class is primarily strength training that will help build muscle and provide definition

STRETCH

A dance based restorative class incorporating dynamic and static stretching
